Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 2026

Our Commitment

MVOE treats accessibility as a core value and works to make its website usable for everyone - including people with disabilities - in the belief that every person deserves an equal, respectful and independent experience.

Level of Accessibility

The site was built per the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013, and the Israeli standard (SI 5568) for web content accessibility at level AA, based on the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines.

What the Accessibility Measures Include

The site supports keyboard navigation, a clear heading hierarchy, alt text for images, adequate color contrast and a responsive layout for desktop and mobile. It works with modern browsers and common assistive technologies, and respects a user’s reduced-motion preference.

Ongoing Improvement and Disclaimer

We work to improve accessibility on an ongoing basis. Some parts may not yet be fully accessible or may contain an isolated issue. If you encounter a difficulty, please contact us so we can address it.

Office Accessibility

Regulation 34(a)(4) requires this statement to describe the physical accessibility arrangements at our premises. The following details are awaiting confirmation from the office and will be published here as soon as we have them: accessible parking, the accessible route from parking to the entrance, the building entrance, the lift, a service counter at accessible height, accessible toilets, and whether an assistive listening system is available.
